SmileMS on-line viewer
This viewer gives you the opportunity to see how results will look in the SmileMS software interface. Browse the different views - Chromatogram, Spectrum Viewer, etc., and explore the three workspaces: Analysis, Library, Administration. Get a flavour of what it is like to experience the power of SmileMS.
We have run three analyses using data from different MS instruments. You can view the results from these three examples. The analyses were searched again a small demo library containing data from different MS instruments: there are 21 compounds with a total of 74 spectra.
Please note that you will
not be able to submit new analyses, upload your library, etc., on this version of SmileMS, as it is an
on-line viewer only!
